Change Agent Academy

Change Agent Academy is a community building, leadership and education social enterprise, where 100% of profits are reinvested in the organisation to make a greater local, national, and global impact.

At Change Agent Academy we grow grassroots community building to create a better world in three ways:

1) educating volunteer leaders in governance or creating community projects
2) educating Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprises staff in growth and improving community programs
3) empowering local people to plan and activate community projects.

These people are Change Agents. What is agency? It is an action, human will and the power to change things with creativity. Collective agency is acting together for a common purpose.

When each person brings their own gifts, ideas and passion together, big shifts happen! We create and promote opportunities to bring people and organisations together to think, learn and act together as change agents for a better world.

Yolie Entsch

Change Agent catalyst
Yolie Entsch has been in community development, Not-for-profit strategic and professional development, training and coaching for 35 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Movement Studies;  Graduate Certificate in Training, Strategy and Leadership; Diploma in Business; a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has been teaching in Community Services for over 30 years in Australia.

Candice Jade Olivier

Candice is activating international positive change, providing an inspiring voice on how to use big and small projects to maximize positive outcomes for business, people and the environment. She has over 12 years experience in creating business and social value and is action-focused in driving change.

Deb Jones

CHANGE AGENT CATALYST
Deb Jones has been in community development, designing award winning programs for vulnerable people and training for over 15 years. She has qualifications in Training, Coaching, Business and Community Services. She has been delivering programs for over 15 years in Queensland.

Shane Traynor

E-LEARNING DESIGNER
Shane Traynor has been in the Education and E-learning field for over 10 years. He has a Bachelor Of Art Degree, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and training in e-learning tools such as SCORM, Articulate etc.
